Postnatal care
After pregnancy and birth, many women face physical changes that take them by surprise, sometimes long after the baby is born.
It might be pelvic or vaginal pain, weakened muscles, incontinence, scar tissue problems, or a body that doesn’t quite work as it did before.
Some women feel anxious or even ashamed, because it’s hard to talk about openly, even though it’s common.
These problems can affect everyday life, intimacy and your ability to feel like yourself again.
At GYNSTUDIO we meet you with expertise and care. We help you understand what’s happening in your body, and how targeted support and treatment can bring back your strength, confidence and wellbeing.

How we can help
Here you’ll meet a multidisciplinary team of gynaecologists, a midwife, physiotherapists, psychosexual therapists, dietitians and trainers. We work together to support you with exactly what you need.
Care at GYNSTUDIO is usually self-funded (paid privately), and you don’t need a referral.
Do you have health insurance?
Policies with Danica and Nordea Pension include free choice of provider, so you can choose GYNSTUDIO and have your treatment reimbursed or paid directly. Always check with your insurer whether your policy covers the care you need.
Most health insurance policies partly cover physiotherapy, acupuncture and similar treatments.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).
