The menopause care programme includes blood tests and a thorough review of the results. Please book your blood test 2 days before your first consultation, so we have the results ready. You can book both online.

Over three sessions you’ll be well prepared for birth. Your partner joins you for the second session. New groups open regularly and can be booked under Knowledge & events.

Some consultations we prefer to book with you by phone. These include:

• Follow-up consultations within a care programme
• Extra consultations, for example for testosterone treatment
• Progesterone treatment in high-risk pregnancy (call as soon as you have a positive pregnancy test)
• Pregnancy scans
• Saline infusion sonography (SIS)
• MonaLisa laser treatment
• Coil fitting or change

Care at GYNSTUDIO is usually self-funded (paid privately), and you don’t need a referral. If you do have a referral, ask your health insurer whether they’ll cover it. Many policies offer free choice of provider, so you can choose your own clinic.

Physiotherapy, acupuncture and similar treatments are often covered by health insurance, and several services qualify for a subsidy from the Danish health insurance association Sygeforsikring “danmark”.
